The free airport shuttle service was super convenient. The room felt old and definitely needed a refresh. Parking was expensive at $50 a night. Great location for easy access to live sports events nearby.

The room was comfortable, but had several issues. The bed felt hard and was not as inviting as expected. Temperature control struggled; despite setting it to 76, it never reached above 69. Noise from nearby planes was disruptive, with rattling windows that had paper towel jammed in them. The curtains were stained and not clean. There was a missing wall soap dispenser, and the washcloths appeared unclean. Amenities like a fitness center and heated pool were nice, but the room itself didn't meet the standard I hoped for. Service was helpful, but the room needed attention.

Not exactly what I expected. Clean room, comfortable beds, but the stale smell was off-putting. Staff was friendly, which is a plus. the property feels very dated and in desperate need of renovation. The air conditioning couldn't be adjusted; we struggled with heat. Shuttle service was unreliable. We ended up walking after multiple calls went unanswered. Dirty carpets, water drainage issues, and a $350 smoking fee for a nonsmoker? Parking fees were excessive for what's offered. Facilities were basic and lacking attention. Great for a quick overnight; not suitable for anything longer. This hotel is simply not enjoyable and needs significant improvements to attract repeat guests.

I had booked a room with a king bed for a weekend getaway with my wife, but to our surprise, we were given a room with double queen beds. This mix-up was frustrating, to say the least. we had issues with the room's amenities. The air conditioning was not working properly, and only the fan was functioning. This made the room quite stuffy and uncomfortable, leading to sneezing and coughing. the heating was not working at all, leaving us cold throughout the night. The room itself had some maintenance issues as well. One of the lamp covers fell off the nightstand, and the faucet was hard to turn. There was also a persistent noise issue, with sounds of people opening and closing doors and airplanes taking off and landing disturbing our sleep. the hotel's location was convenient, especially being close to the airport. We appreciated having a lounge and restaurant on the property, although we didn't get to enjoy them as much due to the room issues. In terms of service, we were not impressed. The receptionist was quite rude and charged my card for the reservation without asking, even though I had intended to pay at the hotel. The promised toothbrush delivery never arrived, adding to our frustration. The constant issues we faced at Four Points really affected our trip and I wouldn't recommend it for a relaxing stay.

we had a very pleasant stay at Four Points. the bed was seriously incredible, and the room service food was delicious. the staff were friendly and eager to help. the shuttle service was brilliant too. i give 2 thumbs up for the airport shuttle bus drivers, they drive and also lift up heavy baggages of the hotel guests. the breakfast was excellent, and we got a very good rate for the 1st night.
